We, WANDENLY PTE LTD, hereby confirmed the following Steam Coal Offering with the terms and conditions stipulated below:

Quality Inspection will in accordance to ASTM Standard Testing Methods
All prices indicated are based on most recent/latest Indonesia Export Coal Price Index set forth by the Indonesian Government under the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
Price will be reviewed and to be mutually agreed upon on every month basis based on Argus Coalindo Coal Price Index and also World Oil Price.
Contract Basis: Annually Contract – 12 months Shipments
Contract Quantity : 30 000 – 150 000 metric tons per month+/-10%
Price : US.00 per Metric Ton FOB Port Indonesia;
Packing : In Bulk
Incoterms : FOB Port Indonesia; CNF Ports of China; Taiwan; Korea; Pakistan; Thailand
Loading Port : Anchorage Point at Taboneo, South Kalimantan, Indonesia
Load Jetty : Sg. Putting – Hasnur Jetty/ Sg. Danau – Trisakti/Pelindo
Inspection : by Sucofindo/Geoservices or at Buyer’s option
Performance Bond Guaranty: 2 %
Terms of payments: The BUYER shall open a 90 days After Sight Documentary
Letter of Credit (LC) for each shipment to be established from Top Malaysian bank or world Top 25 banks in favor of the SELLER covering the relevant shipment quantity with the tolerance of ±10%
A single After Sight LC with tenure of 90 Days Credit per shipment value to be opened upon signing of contract in favor of SELLER
